St Charbel Transportation is a locally owned and operated business. It was founded in 2019 by Mena Shinoda. After eleven years of experience working for disabilities and mental health programs Mena’s decided to obtain his own company to provide a safe and reliable Transportation for an individuals with disabilities. St Charbel Transportation now provides a reliable services to Dialysis, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes and also shopping and Airports as an individuals throughout.

Understanding that our staff is our single greatest asset, St Charbel NEMT is dedicated to effective recruitment, retention, training, development, and promotion of competent, reliable, and professional personnel. Our driver's evaluation and training programs are compliant with all laws and standards required by the State of Florida and are designed to ensure safety, competence, and reliability. Each applicant is required to pass a physical, random drug and alcohol screening, and a background check. All of our vehicles are ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act compliant and are specially equipped with custom wheelchair ramps and safety fasteners.

Dialysis, Airports, Family Religious functions, Doctors appointments, Dental appointments, Chemotherapy, Hospital discharges Curb-to-curb services, St. Charbel provides door-to-door service. Whether you require ambulatory assistance, wheelchair or stretcher transportation, our highly trained staff is prepared to accommodate your needs from within your place of residence and safely escort and secure you in our vehicles. Upon arrival, our trained staff will escort you to check-in at your destination.
Fleet
Our non-emergency medical transportation vehicles are ADA-compliant and equipped with lifts, side or rear entrance, state of the art securing devices to ensure safety and security, and extended roof and doors to ensure convenience and comfort when loading and unloading.
Dispatch
We have built a team that uses a modern dispatch, routing, and scheduling platform to manage our transport. Strategic deployment: We coordinate our fleet to perform scheduled transport and position our vehicles fleet in 5 zones to quickly respond and serve our clients’ same day requests. Linked dispatch, field teams, patients, and clients: Our dispatch and communications platforms allow us to coordinate every detail of each transport to address potential issues throughout each day.
